The member benefits for the club at a BSB round are pretty comprehensive, whether it’s the free helmet and leather storage, breakfast in the MSS Kawasaki hospitality or the tour of the MSS garage you quickly get the value out of your annual membership fee of £30.

But it’s definitely the World Superbikes where you membership just pays for itself in a single day. Your entrance fee to Silverstone via the club this year is £35 for raceday and includes your exclusive parking, breakfast, lunch and hospitality all day. Regular Kawasaki heroes will be present over the course of the day and will also include Sunday’s victorious rider at Monza – Tom Sykes who will not only be there to answer your questions but will also join you in taking a ride around Silverstone’s Circuit on a Kawasaki only parade lap. Joining him will be another victor from the weekend – Chris Walker.

This is a fabulous opportunity to ride in front of the thousands of visitors to Silverstone for the race on the 5th of August. Kawasaki are also offering you the opportunity to share your membership with friends, two friends can join you for the first time at £45 per person which cannot fail to make you a hero for the day.

This was the only way I used my membership last year but will be using it more fully this year with discounted track days via focused events and for Chris Walker’s race school.

BMW Motorrad is offering one lucky rider the chance to experience the 2011 event in style. The winner will stay in Munich for two days, where they will be given a guided tour of the BMW Museum and explore the city before moving on to Motorrad Days and another two nights’ accommodation. While at Motorrad Days, the winner will get to meet BMW Motorrad Motorsports’ riders including British double World Superbike Champion James Toseland. They will also get to enjoy a test ride on the stunning new K 1600 GT and GTL six-cylinder tourers and enjoy VIP access to all the areas of the festival including complimentary food, drink and, if they wish, fine local beers.

For those wanting to join the party, World of BMW is also running a Motorrad Days tour. Setting off from Dover on 29 June, the guided BMW Tour offers stunning riding experiences through the Vosges Mountains and the Black Forest en route to and from the main event. Prices start at £699.

Festival goers can also test ride the entire 2011 range of BMW motorcycles, including the stunning six-cylinder K 1600 GT and GTL and award-winning S 1000 RR supersports bike, on the fantastic roads that surround the region.

Fans of the GS adventure sports machines can also experience the off-road abilities of the bikes on the Enduro Park, as well as test the Husqvarna sports enduro range on a specially-built X Track arena. Stunt rider, Christian Pfeiffer, will once again be touring the Motorrad Days event doing what he does best.
