Danny Webb to make Isle of Man TT Debut

To many people’s surprise, GP exile Danny Webb will make his pure road racing debut at the Isle of Man this year. The 22 year old will ride for Ryan Farquhar’s KMR Kawasaki team – not just on a Supertwin but Superbike and Superstock on the big ZX-10R.

Webb, who spent years in the GP paddock, brags top-ten finishes in the 125cc and Moto3 world championships, but has been off the radar a little. That’s about to change. Danny commented: “I’m a big TT fan. I’ve already been to the event and I have always said that I wanted to do it one day. “It’s going to be a big change for me after years in the Grand Prix paddock, but it is something I am really looking forward to. I don’t see this being a one off thing either and I know it will take me many years to really learn my way around but for now I just can’t wait to get out there and make my debut.”
