Spinal Research funds research into spinal cord repair and currently stands on the brink of clinical trials that could provide a medical breakthrough within the next few years. The charity receives no government funding and as such relies upon donations and fundraising events. Ride Out encourages motorcyclists to support their fellow riders who have been injured.
