The MotoGP boys have been busy all weekend at Jerez, testing last-minute set-ups and parts before heading to Qatar in a few days for the first round. The first day was pretty much a washout with Jorge Lorenzo going fastest, but a drying track allowed most riders to set decent times yesterday and Mr Rossi posted the fastest lap. Cal Crutchlow ended the day third quickest, while his Monster Tech3 teammate, Bradley Smith was 12th. M-Lav is still setting up his British-built PBM bike after a heroic MotoGP debut in Malaysia a few weeks ago.
Today started brightly but that soon changed for the worse, so much so that Dani Pedrosa has already packed up. Here’s a selection of pics from the test…
