Ride for Racing – Assen BSB

The British Superbike series once again extends its reach across the sea to Holland in September (20th-22nd) for the opening round of the Showdown at Assen. Traditionally it’s a venue well supported by us Brits, be that for MotoGP or WSB, we’ve ridden over there in our thousands.

Getting there is pretty easy, no matter which way you travel. You could fly, granted, but where’s the fun in that? You could also take the Channel Tunnel too, which leaves a good few hours worth of riding, yet it’s mostly boring if we’re honest. But, there’s another way you can go, too, and series organisers MSVR have made it that much easier for you.

Stena Line travels from Harwich to The Hook of Holland, leaving just a two-hour ride on the other side to reach Assen. Thanks to MSVR and Stena Line, you can book you and your bike on a return trip for just £69.

So you can roll on the boat, relax during the journey, and roll off the other side. Stena Line also has an experienced crew when it comes to securely lashing down your bikes, too, which is peace of mind if you, like us, prize our bikes as much as family! The offer also includes 10% off additional passengers, cabins and some of the food outlets onboard.

If you’re interested in the crossing, or want to go to watch BSB at Assen, visit www.bsbassen.com for more information or call 08447 70 70 70 (charges apply), the quote for the offer you need is ‘MC13’.

We’ll certainly be sending someone along, so perhaps we may see you guys on the boat too?
