Base layers might not be the sexiest of kit (literally and metaphorically) but it’s vital stuff when it comes to riding comfort.
In cooler temperatures, a good base layer provides an extra barrier against the chill, and when the mercury rises it’ll wick away moisture, cooling you down and helping protect your riding kit from the sweat, grime, and stinky odours of a proper hard ride.
